On that happy note Chapter 1 comes to an end. I first want to thank everyone who has helped me both in the technical realm of website creation and the more subjective realm of art and storytelling. Most of all I want to thank my wife and son for putting up with the countless hours I spend hunched over a drawing board or computer. Now that the weather is getting nicer I should take this opportunity to thank my wife in advance for not expecting me to do yard work on the weekends and allowing me to do the far more important work of making Aquarium Drinking.
As I move forward into Chapter 2 I will also be reworking Chapter 1, recoloring, re-lettering, and redoing anything that didn’t turn out how I wanted it to. Because I will be splitting my time between tweaking Chapter 1 and creating Chapter 2 I will be releasing one new page a week instead of two. New pages will be uploaded on Wednesdays at noon until I have made all of my revisions to Chapter 1 and have a nice buffer of completed pages for Chapter 2.
This Wednesday the “cover” of Chapter 2 will be posted (I also posted a “Cover” to Chapter 1 this past week ( http://aquariumdrinking.com/comic/chapter-1/chapter-1/ ).
Thanks for reading, your comments are always appreciated.

The bartender is quite the philosopher who apparently doesn’t take his own advice. The round face guy is the typical shallow dope…why does Carly want his child? Did she settle? I liked the new technology fake-deep friendship online.(between Lindsey and Geoff) Online talk allows you to say things you’d never say face to face and foments false closeness. I want to know more about the bartender…back story…do they have that or are you supposed to make up your own as you get to know the charactors?
If nobody had kids with “typical shallow dopes” there would be a lot less babies being born. But you should cut PJ (the round faced guy) some slack, all the characters have some growing to do (don’t we all). As for Lindsey and Geoff (It just occurred to me that I have a Geoff and a Jeff in the story, the computer scene was written before Jeff was given a name and I never thought to change Geoff, seeing as I’m revising chapter one anyway, I’ll be changing Geoff’s name) Anyway… As for Lindsey and Geoff, who said that there relationship is strictly online?
All of the Characters have back stories though some of them are more haunted by their pasts than others. Although I try to give plenty of time to all the characters in every chapter I am also trying to spotlight a different character in each chapter. Chapter one was PJ, and chapter two is more Jeff-centric , chapter three is Luke’s, beyond that I don’t want to give anything else away.
love it.
